1. Double-click the My Computer icon on your windows
desktop.
2. From My Computer Double-click the Dial-Up Networking icon.
3. Double click on the Make New Connection icon.
4. Enter a name for your dial-up connection. Offspringnet is
fine. Then choose the appropriate modem from the drop down
selection or click the configure button and follow
the installation steps for installing proper drivers for your
modem. Then click next.
5. Enter the telephone number provided to you by OffspringNet
and Country Code United States of America. Then Click next.
(Remember to check with your local telephone company to make
sure that the number you choose is a local toll-free call).
6. Click the OK button. Now Double Click on your new
connection. Enter your User Name and Password then click the
Connect button to get on to the Internet.
How to Change your Dial up Access Number :
1. Double-click the My Computer icon from your Windows
desktop.
2. From My Computer Double-click the Dial-Up Networking
icon.
3. Click once on the connection icon you wish
to change, and from the File menu, choose Properties.
4. In the General area type in the Phone Number text box,
your local dial-up access number provided by Offspring Designs
.
5. Click the OK button. (Remember to check
with your local telephone company to make sure that the number
you choose is a local toll-free call).
How to Change Your Access Number
Operating System: Windows 3.x
Application: PPP/SLIP Connect
- Open the Internet Dialer.
- On the menu bar, click Options.
- Click the Site Setup button.
- The Phone Nos text box lets you enter a list of phone
numbers for the remote site specified in the Site field.
The phone numbers are dialed in the order presented in
the list. Type the number in the Phone Nos box. Enter
one phone number on a line and use the Enter key to end
a line. You can enter a maximum of ten phone numbers.

toll-free call. 
Click the OK button.
